30-Day Challenge, Day 25

Josanne KaneDay 25 of the 30-Day Doodle Challenge and we’re approaching the wire. Today marks twenty-five days in which I have formally doodled selected Avatars in the spirit of growing, pushing boundaries, and getting outside of my comfort zone.

Josanne Kane is a total Twitter bud.  When she found herself in an unexpected circumstance, rather than let it drag her down, she decided to celebrate by creating a blog about the awesomeness of her unexpected.

What might the unexpected be? A more accurate question is, “Who might it be?”

In answer, lets got back a few years. Josanne was 47. In the thralls of bereavement. Menopause. Life changes. Hormones were hitting her hard and heavy. Turned out there was a life force insisting on making its appearance before all avenues of escape closed. Lily was welcomed into the world by a pair of loving parents and two siblings 20+ years older than she.

Josanne Kane AvatarThat was close to three years ago. Now 50, Joseanne has a toddler who runs her ragged, keeps her awake every single night with her incessant waking, and fills her with joy and wonderment at every turn. Something she would not swap!

Joseanne’s blog is a living record of Lily’s adventures as she discovers the world around her and her place in it. When older, Lily will know how much her mother loved her and simply appreciated her very being.
