30-Day Challenge, Day 8

Comic Strip MamaToday marks the beginning of the second week of the 30-Day Doodle Challenge. The challenge of formally doodling selected Avatars comes to you in the spirit of growing, pushing boundaries, and getting outside of my comfort zone.

Comic Strip Mama  (a.k.a. Tanya) uses humor, doodles and cartoons to strip away the insanity of life and parenting. As she puts it, she is “a proud mama, writer, cartoonist and awesomepreneur who believes in the power of positivity, humor and not taking life so seriously.”

Her goal with her comics, blog, and social media platforms is to “make the best of the busyness, craziness, chaos, frustrations, challenges and INSANITY of life and parenthood and STOP taking life so seriously!” She believes in inspiring others to “focus on the positive, recognize the blessings and find the humor in everything,” all while promoting “the power of respect, love, laughter and living life to the absolute fullest!”

Comic Strip Mama AvatarIt took her a while, but she finally realized by changing her attitude and way of thinking, she could change her life. She did and it did. Her Canadian based self-syndicated webcomic company specializes in the production of comics, literary publications, creative comic services and comic novelty merchandise that can be purchased through her two online shops: Comic Strip Mama and AntiBULLYotics.

Kudos and lots of clapping and cheering for this awesome woman!

Clapping and cheering for her AND for you. It’s a big world out there, so wonderful to meet such nice peeps via your blog and fab doodles. Funny how a few lines can capture a face in the best way. Awesome! It’s only a matter of time before your doodles take over the world. Personally, I can hardly wait.

Tammy, The image of doodles reigning over the world is a delightful one. Thank you for that.

OMGoodness! Tana! I love this! Thank you so much for this wonderful and awesome surprise. =) I would love to feature you on my blog soon. If you wanted to write a guest post, I could most definitely post it sooner than later. Thank you so much again! I will share this on my social networks! =) xo

So glad you like the doodle Tanya. There was definitely an added element of “uh uh what the beep do I think I’m doing?” involved as you are such a TALENTED doodler/cartoonist/illustrator/artist yourself. Lots of gulping and deep breathing occurred before hitting the “post” button. So again, am uber excited you like.

As for guest posting, too exciting for words … that will be another first. Do you have a preference on subject matter?

PS: BTW, from past experience I know if you and I were ever in the same room at the same time — with others — it would quickly turn into a major giggle/laugh fest as the confusion between Tanya and Tana takes on a life of its own. *laughs*
