How fun was that!? You ARE such a clever and creative soul, Tana. What a lovely thought to open up in my inbox today. Thanks for that!

Woo-hoo! Love hearing my doodles helped start your day with a lovely thought. May that lovely thought bring you more good cheer along with Lots of Good Things and Little Happies. To quote from above, “Have a Marvelous Day!” Thanks for stopping by and sharing!

Thanks! I’ve been needing team assists in the smile department lately and this one came through with flying colors. ;-)

So glad this gave you a smile! I know you’re going through a rough patch as a friend recently died. May you have cups of joy and but teaspoons of sorrow. Good thoughts going your way.

Love your Doodles. It’s a good example of how simple things we already know how to do can be made extraordinarily effective as art and commentary and entertainment.

    Tana Bevan - August 9, 2013 - 11:32 am

Janet — Welcome. Thank you for stopping by, commenting, and complimenting! It’s amazing how quickly we get so wrapped up in the “busy-ness” of it all we forget how often it’s the simple which packs the most powerful punch (and/or affords the most delight).

    Tana Bevan - August 10, 2013 - 5:39 pm

Karen, I’m so happy you love my doodles & they put a smile on your face. (Truth be told I’m rather fond of them myself. *smiles*) Here’s wishing your an absolutely marvelous day! Thank you for taking the time to stop by, comment, and compliment. :-)

I feel like I’d be a face with crazy squiggly hair and a zig zag mouth. I’m constantly having to remind myself that this is just a crazy time. I still need to take some deep breathes and enjoy life. Hope you have a great tomorrow.

In her book Breathing Room, author Susan Elizabeth Phillips has her protagonist’s epiphany be when she is able to “Embrace the Chaos!” The idea resonated. Rather than try to make order out of the chaos, or keep up with it, I simply needed to embrace it. Perhaps the idea will resonate with you as well. Thank you again for stopping by Jamie and commenting. Have yourself a Marvelous!
