Some time back, I put together a let-me-get-to-know-you-and-understand-your-needs-better questionnaire to help facilitate building websites. Going back to it recently, I realized that with a bit of modification the questions could be used for self-reflection (if you’re so inclined).
With that in mind, the questions seemed to divide themselves into three categories: Personal, Professional and Your Website. If you do decide to use any (or all) of the questions, I’d love to hear from you, be it in the public comments section below or via personal email. *Cheers*
*What would you do if money were no object?
*What would you do if you weren’t afraid?
*What are some of your FIQs? (foibles, “isms” & quirks.)
*If you have children, what values do you hope they’ll live by?
*What’s a pet peeve (or two or three)?
*If you had 24 hours to live, how would you spend them?
*What is your personal mission statement?
*Write your epitaph
*Write your eulogy
*What do you like about yourself?
*What do you not like about yourself?
*What do you bring to the table?
*Why should someone hire you?
*What do you hope potential employers/customers take away from meeting you?
*What do you enjoy most about what you do?
*What do you enjoy least?
*What do you want your website to do for you?
*What message do you want your website to convey?
*Who is your target audience?
*What do you like about your present website?
*What do you not like about your present website?
