1. Hug yourself throughout the day.
2. Do something nice for yourself.
3. Laugh at yourself.
4. Gently massage your head.
5. Write yourself a note of encouragement to put in a prominent place. It can be elaborate and detailed, or as simple as “Hey Self, you’re doing great!”
6. Recall an incident that made you feel good. Tap into your good feeling throughout the day.
7. Forgive yourself for one mistake you made. Write it down on a piece of paper, then shred the paper and flush down the toilet, or burn it.
